Platform, pricing, and support questions
What is Velox EDI integration?+-
Velox EDI integration connects your trading partners, business systems, and applications so orders, invoices, acknowledgements, shipping notices, and other documents move automatically without manual handling.
What is the difference between Fully Managed EDI and licensing the platform?+-
Fully Managed EDI means Velox designs, builds, hosts, monitors, and maintains your integrations for you. A platform licence means you deploy and operate Velox in your own environment, with the level of support you choose.
Can Velox connect to our existing ERP or inventory system?+-
Yes. Velox is designed to work with existing systems, including ERP, accounting, inventory, warehouse, logistics, eCommerce, databases, file systems, and modern cloud APIs.
Do we need in-house EDI expertise?+-
Not if you choose the fully managed service. Velox handles setup, mapping, testing, monitoring, partner changes, and ongoing support so your team can focus on operations.
Can Velox handle high transaction volumes?+-
Yes. Velox is built for high-volume integration workloads and can process large transaction volumes with consistent performance, validation, monitoring, and recovery workflows.
How does pricing work?+-
Managed EDI uses predictable monthly pricing per trading partner with no per-message fees. Platform licensing is based on the plan and endpoint capacity you need, with support options available separately.
